Our products are simple to use and understand. The following describes briefly each product.
Procedure Charter Use Procedure Charter if you only need an enhanced flowcharting tool but would still like to capture basic information and report the information. Procedure Charter is a cut down version of our premium product Integrator and can read additional Integrator fields but cannot alter the information in those fields.
Naturally the common fields can read and write between both Procedure Charter and Integrator. Unlike other flowcharting tools that only provide drawing capabilities, with procedure Charter you can capture sufficient information to be useful and report it at two levels for the basics of procedural instruction, or charting. Record the following: Level 1 - The Chart information: Purpose of the chart Document code. top Level 2 – The Figure Information Figure Label Performed By Sub processes Linked Files. Integrator FlowBiz Integrator, the premium tool extends the power of Procedure Charter into a world of capturing all those tricky bits of information required to operate in today’s complex business world.
At the Figure level we have preset fields for: Figure Label Performed By Task description User defined Fields Sub processes Linked Files. User defined Fields At the Chart level we have preset fields for: Purpose Scope Document Code and Status Date Approved Version number & Revision History Authorized By User Defined Fields top User defined Fields are ODBC connections, internal lists, date, boolean, memo, rtf and much, much more. You are in charge of what data is captured: Quality, Safety, Environment, Training, Competencies, Compliance Issues…in fact the list is limited only by your imagination and needs.
A superb tool for capturing business rules for workflow analysis, Integrator comes complete with Report Template Editor.
Report Template Editor Report Template Editor is used to amend the supplied document templates and create new templates to match your corporate look and feel. With advanced scripting and tag processing, this companion Integrator tool is used to layout where and how you want your additional fields to be reported. Report Template Editor allows you to control the layout of your reports by placing tags in a template. A "Tag" is similar to a field in a word processor. FlowBiz recognizes these tags and inserts the information the tags represent into the report. This information is normally direct from the FlowBiz Chart, or from other resources that can be utilized such as ODBC compliant databases.
